About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IT Recruiter with a technical background to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruiting for tech roles and conducting initial technical screening rounds. Your understanding of IT concepts will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top tech talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired technical skills
Conduct initial technical screening rounds to evaluate candidate capabilities
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking
Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities
Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and recruitment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in technical recruitment
Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets (e.g., software development, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Experience conducting initial technical screening/interview rounds
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
